So this is a question that strived my mind quite often in the last weeks: How many Albums do yall think there will be until Green Day retires?

Knowing them, they’ll keep going a while. 1972 and two or three more, I’d guess

Honestly maybe 1 or 2 more albums and then just EPs/singles imo. Billie has expressed his desire to do more EPs before

I honestly don’t see them ever retiring. At least not officially. I think they’ll continue to make music until one of them shuffles off this mortal coil. And even then, if it’s not Billie who goes first, he’ll continue to make music in some capacity.

2 or 3 albums hopefully. If the band does retire, Billie will probably be pumping out some songs.

I can’t see them retiring at least for the next 15 years. The older they get the longer they’ll release albums so i think 3 or 4 albums at least we will have in that amount of time. Including 1972 or whatever is called album 14.
