Yeah, that’s a great question. Insomniac is my favorite and what I reach for the most, but I voted for Dookie, because overall I do think it’s the better of the two.
And even though AI isn’t even in my personal Top 3 Green Day albums, I think the final round should very obviously be between that and Dookie. It’s the smaller albums in this championship battling it out that I find interesting. Like, Insomniac vs Nimrod? Warning vs Kerplunk? Insomniac beating 21CB?! I was on the edge of my seat waiting for the results of those.

Yea, I voted for insomniac because of that reason, although I definitely think Dookie is objectively the better album. But it’s still tough, when I come around is a top 3 song for me!

Tough one this is! I probably prefer insomniac as an album at this point because it isn’t as overplayed as Dookie but there is no denying the impact dookie had and it deserves to win. That said it would be nice if for once one of these didnt just turn into the typical dookie vs ai!

Missed the vote on this one but I would’ve gone with Dookie, I am surprised you guys chose insomniac over it tbh…but each to their own
