To me it sounds pretty different from FOAM. The production is very different. The drums are actually pretty prominent, whereas they were pretty muted and compressed on FOAM. Yes there are claps but they are understated, whereas they kinda took things over on FOAM. The lyrics are pretty simplistic, but still not as simplistic as most of the FOAM tracks. Also, the obvious references to the Godfather (which came out in 1972) makes me think this was written as part of the 1972 project. There is a lot of conflicting info out there right now, but if I remember correctly, this track was recorded in 2021, after FOAM. Thus it makes more sense that it was intended for the 1972 project that they started teasing at the end of 2021.

It’s 2:52 which is kind of a typical GD song length. And it doesn’t end after the 2nd chorus which is what they’ve been doing a lot since Back in the USA

That’s still after FOAM was released though. So it’s not a FOAM leftover.
It puts it in line with Butch Walker being producer still and not Rob though

Finally heard and I like it, sounds like So What and The Passenger but I love an aggressive Billie vocal and it’d be fun with a big crowd singing along. It’s very catchy.

True, but it still just seems so different from his production on FOAM. It must have received some pretty heavy revision, as some people have suggested, before it reached the form it was in by the time of the leak.
